What’s your production lead time?

Option 1 : 4 weeks, plus shipping from receipt of purchase order and approval of digital artwork.

Option 2 & 3 : 7 weeks, plus shipping from receipt of purchase order and approval of sample.

 

How is the product packaged?

Our ornaments are enclosed in a handsome navy gift box with felt insert and information card. Also available is an acetate gift box for high volume stores.

 

How are the products shipped?

UPS prepaid and added to the invoice. Or, we can use your shipping account. We ship from Bedford Hills, NY.

All of our products are Designed & Made in the USA.
